Custom and personalised orders
Yes! I'm happy to create custom and personalized designs. You can request changes such as names, dates, quotes, or small design adjustments. Please message me before placing your order so we can confirm the details.
Sizing details
T-Shirts: Please check the size chart in the product photos for exact measurements. For the best fit, compare the chart with one of your own t-shirts.
Caps: Most caps are adjustable with a strap or snap closure and fit most adults.
Other items (mugs, mouse pads, pillows, etc.): Product sizes are listed in the description of each item.
If you're unsure, feel free to send me a message before ordering.
Care instructions
T-Shirts & Apparel: Wash inside out, cold water, gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or hang to dry. Do not iron directly on the design.
Mugs: Dishwasher and microwave safe (unless otherwise noted in the listing).
Mouse Pads & Pillows: Spot clean with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash.
Following these instructions will help keep your items looking their best.
Gift wrapping and packaging
At this time, I do not offer gift wrapping, since all items are produced and shipped directly through my printing partner (Printify). However, each item is carefully packaged to arrive safely. If you're sending a gift, you can add the recipient's address at checkout.
Wholesale availability
Yes! I can accommodate bulk or wholesale orders for events, teams, businesses, or special occasions. Please send me a message with your requirements (product type, quantity, deadline), and I'll be happy to provide a custom quote.
Refund & Return Policy
No Returns, Refunds, or Cancellations
We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Each item is produced and shipped by our printing partner (Printify), which means we cannot restock or resell custom-printed products
Damaged or Defective
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will recWe want you to love your order! If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. I'll work with Printify to resolve the problem and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local postal service first. If it appears the package is lost in transit, contact me and I'll do my best to help.
How long does shipping take?
Processing usually takes 2β5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 7β14 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Most items can be shipped worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on your country.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing methods, but I do my best to ensure designs look vibrant and accurate.
Cancellations
Unfortunately, I cannot accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Each product is made-to-order and sent directly to my printing partner (Printify) for production right away, so I'm unable to stop or change the process once it begins.
